Yessssss 🫠 I just entered my 50’s and the first 49 years felt like another me. Yearning I haven’t felt since I was in my 20’s had returned with a vengeance…I’m going to die sooner rather than later now, no matter what! It feels ever more urgent to get LIVING! With the world being an idiot gives it a large tinge of desperation too! Focus, Fortify, Feel. 👊💞☺️

Yes to all of this. The beauty of early midlife is this realization that we can have everything we loved and cherished as children, but couple it with hard earned wisdom and self-love. Wishing you the endless summer of your dreams. ❤️

"I quickly realized everything I thought I hated about summer were things that made me feel bad about my body, not the season. It's how healing starts."

Well said and yes.

Excellent as always.

Y'know, Hobbits don't "come of age" until 33. Might have been the problem: you were only in your irresponsible "tweens".

LOVE THIS! I was having similar feelings about this summer as well. Truly going back to the things I value the most and ensuring I'm spending my time on those things. And yes, that means outdoors and adventures!!

Really enjoyed this! In astrology, we all go through our Saturn return around the ages of 27-31. It’s the time period we learn many valuable lessons from Saturn, the taskmaster. I always say don’t make any huge decisions, because we’re a bit like raw clay we need that time to mold ourselves into our adult selves. Interestingly, 42 is another age in astrology that can feel bumpy. I believe in you Jenna!
